This service generally includes*:

Meeting with you to discuss design needs focusing on making the most of your space to fit your needs

Walking the existing space, taking photos and measurements, discussing possible wall, fixture, and furniture locations in order to begin drawing new design layouts

Development of design drawings including floor plans, elevations and basic 3D views of the new design

Designing custom built-ins and millwork where needed

Creating a drawing package that can be used for construction and permit

Visiting the site and meeting with contractors before and during construction
