Pellegrini Design is a full-service residential interior design studio created and led by Melanie Pellegrini, a certified interior designer with over 18 years of experience. Based in MetroWest, we serve homeowners throughout Lexington, Concord, and surrounding areas, specializing in thoughtful, highly livable interiors that balance beauty with real life.
Our design style blends the classic character of New England homes with a mix of traditional and contemporary layers—creating immersive spaces that feel timeless, personal, and uplifting. Our work focuses on small to medium residential projects, as well as whole-home design, remodels, renovations, and refreshes. From kitchens and bathrooms to bedrooms, living spaces, and everything in between, we guide clients through a clear and supportive process that removes the overwhelm and surpasses expectations.
Pellegrini Design is supported by a dedicated in-house team, including two design assistants, and a trusted network of builders, trades, and consultants. By leveraging these long-standing relationships, we bring a truly collaborative, team-based approach to every project—ensuring seamless coordination, expert execution, and exceptional results. At the heart of everything we do is a passion for helping clients feel confident, at ease, and proud of the homes they live in every day.
Melanie is an NCIDQ-certified interior designer with award-winning experience and projects featured in both local and national publications. She as a BFA in Graphic Design from Massachussets College of Art, and an MA in Interior Design from Suffolk University. Alongside leading her own design practice, she teaches in the Interior Architecture programs at Suffolk University and Endicott College, bringing a strong foundation in sustainable, wellness-focused design to both her students and client work.
With my design expertise, and love for pattern and color, I bring together my creative vision and a clear process to create delightful spaces for my clients. Originally from Massachusetts, I truly enjoy combining the local character and craftsmanship of the architecture of older homes, with a fresh and comfortable lifestyle that reflects my client's personality.
