This serene bedroom is an elegant retreat designed to feel like a true escape from everyday life. Rooted in a modern, transitional style, the space was thoughtfully designed to allow the homeowners to close the door, take a deep breath, and fully unwind.
The design explores two complementary ideas of rest: a light, restful palette that feels fresh, soft, and warm, paired with deeper tones and layered textures that create a subtle, cocoon-like sense of sanctuary. Every element was selected to promote calm, comfort, and a feeling of quiet luxury.
Our full-service interior design scope included a complete redesign with new paint colors, wallpaper, curated artwork, updated lighting, furniture, an area rug, custom window treatments, and layered bedding.
A key architectural move was relocating the walk-in closet door to make space for a custom reading nook by the window—now a favorite feature of the room and the perfect spot to curl up with a book in the afternoon sun.
Just outside the bedroom, a fun patterned wallpaper surrounds a gallery wall filled with the family's treasured moments.
