Primary Bedroom Refresh

This bedroom project in Concord, Massachusetts was created for a couple seeking a serene sanctuary to escape long, demanding workdays. Inspired by early foggy mornings on the West Sands beach in Scotland, the transitional design evokes a soft, misty calm—an atmosphere meant to slow the pace and encourage rest the moment you step inside.

The full-service interior design scope focused on refinement and thoughtful layering rather than replacement. We designed custom window treatments, selected wallpaper and paint colors, and curated an area rug, artwork, bedding, and a small collection of furnishings, décor, and accessories. All new elements were carefully integrated with the clients’ existing furniture, resulting in a cohesive, deeply personal bedroom that feels balanced, timeless, and effortlessly calming.
